    explorer vs. ranger front end

    I have a 1998 explorer four door and I am wondering if the spindles, rotors, and upper a-arms are the same as on a 2002 ranger. if ti is the same it saves me alot of money as I can put the ranger ones on my explorer. Any one know for sure if they are the same?
