    HI! I have the same problem! On 70mph around 3000rpm & if lift foot off of the accelerator it drops to 1000 too, IF OD/OFF mode is OFF. BUT if OD/OFF mode is ON, tranny works correctly & engine is braking when foot off of the accelerator. I think, 4 gear is failure. May be shift kit is...
