i have a 92 explorer and i got the tranny replaced since then my 4 wheel drive light is on does anyone know what the hell is going on the guys at the tranny shop says its electrical??

was it a short block or long block

i have the same tranny that you do from http://phoenixhardparts.com and my 3rd gear is fine and i love the tranny but my 3rd gear does make a little more noise than the others. how many miles do you have on the tranny. and i recomend a hurst billet plus shifter its like $200 but worth it. hurst...

go to a local auto parts store and buy a 3/4 inch inlet k&n con filter and a small hose clamp that will work for the breather.

car sound makes high flows for the explorer your year and they are very easy to install but kinda pricey. the performance is good to 5-10 horsepower10-15 ftlbs of torque

go electric with adjustable thermo a little more expensive but worth it

do you guys think bbk headers high flow cat and straight pipes will be to loud on my 4.0l explorer?

what kind of electic fan are you useing and were did you get it i was wanting to do the same to my explorer

try the fuel filter also i had the same prob. and it was acting the same way all i did was change the fuel filter and boy was it dirty:rolleyes:

okay guys i need some help i have a 92 sport ohv and was woundering if anyone knows of a company who makes different shifter for them not talken about just shifting handles im talking the whole deal from the linkage to the ball? one more than does anyone have any recomendations for rear brake shoes?

i just got my bbk headers in the mail and i only have one o2 sensor on the headers but on my new headers there are two where or what can i do about this would it be just a plug if so where do i get it

i wa woundering if anyone knows if a new t5 tranny from ford will fit my 92 explorer sport. the t5 comes in the 90 to 94 mustangs. if not what is the best tranny to get for a replacment. or should i go rebuild
