bearings i did not use a "new" nut after installing new bearings. that may be a good idea. like i said i had it aligned the other day after re tightining the bearings and checked them yesterday before my son went back to college. they were still fine, with no play. thanks for the suggestion...- sudiew

bearings thanks for the help. i retightened the bearings last night and it took out the play. i took it back down to goodyear for the alignment and it was ok. thanks again for responding.- sudiew

bearings thanks again. i will think about the solid axle option. the more i think about it, it could be that iu never got the spindle nut tight enough to begin with, worrying about getting them to tight and burning them. i really appreciate the help!! mike- sudiew

clutch master cylinder replacement
it looks like we've got to replace the clutch master cylinder on my sons 93' explorer sport. it appears to be bleeding past the seals in the cylinder and not holding the pressure. has anyone done this before? and can you offer any helping hints? thanks, sudiew prov. 3:5-6- sudiew

Lifter noise is gone!!!
lifter job great job with the instructions and the pictures!! we just had to do the same thing on my sons 93 explorer. i stopped by the ford garage first. the guys were very helpful. just a note on the right bank exhaust. you can take it loose at the connection down below the headers where...- sudiew

clutch release
My son and I are having problems with his clutch. Every couple of weeks we need to bleed the hydraulic clutch on the side of his transmission. If we don't, the clutch seems to engage way to soon, just off the floorboard. Thanks for any suggestions anyone may have. until, Sudiew- sudiew

my son and i have done a 3" body lift on his 93 explorer sport. of course he wants it higher now! and thats ok. its a great bonding time doing the work. please advise us as to the best 3" lift kit our there for your money. and also if there is any suggestions or hints we would welcome them...- sudiew
