Bug Shield -vs- Gas Milage
Well I removed mine but my milage is still only 14.1 so I will keep working on it. I agree that they are certainly cool and that is why I am driving it instead of the toyota but 14.1 compared to 32 is hard to take.- Oakheart

Mine seems to clutching on and off way to much. Like every 20 seconds when the AC or defrost is on. This just started as the weather has warmed up and I started using the AC. Any thoughts?- Oakheart

Bug Shield -vs- Gas Milage
I have a 93 Explorer Sport with one of the low profile bug shields. I was wondering if any of you knew what that did to the gas milage? Of course it needs all the miles it can get.- Oakheart

Air Intakes Hello all! I am new to the forum as I just aquired a 93 explorer sport. It has been well kept but has no modification. I was looking at the KKM filter system as noted above. Can this be used with K&N filters and if so is this preferable?- Oakheart
