Thanks for the advice, following the other advice on the Ford TSB an independent is going to look at the job for me and reckon on it being around £200 ($380).- spickava

Another transmission question
DOes anyone have any idea of how much time this would take a "stealership" to do the recommended change and maybe gasket work to the valve body ? I want to have the right info on hand so they don'trip me off when i ask them to do this. Cheers Steve- spickava

Shifting Lag
Hello all, Having a strange problem with my 99 Exp over here in the UK. It seems to suffer a lag upshifting from either 1-2nd or 2nd-3rd, not sure which, it over revs when like it can't find the next gear then is ok. Seems to happen more and more regularily now, was intermittent for...- spickava

Hahah - you know Tynecastle is sold now ! There playing at Murrayfield :-( Sorted most of this out, last thing is the overheat and garage says it's probably electrical of some form, they are checking it out Monday. Looks like it is overheating... doh... Cheers Steve- spickava

Help, 1) "Check guage" lit up today - temp was rocketing and sitting just below and then in the red before dropping to just below the top range of the temp bar, check all oil, coolant etc and they are good.... any idea's 2) The brake fluid warning light is on constantly now - fluid...- spickava
