    groar noise after changing brake pads

    Hi all, Last week I changed the brake pads of my '93 Explorer. After that, when I hit the brake, I hear a roar noise from the front wheels and also I feel the brake pedals vibrating. I did not change the rotor because they looked ok. Does anyone have any idea of what is going on? Thanks.
