Scotty! I need more power
The timing was checked with a light. It appears to be correct at idle but does not move at higher rpms. I believe that this is reason for the loss of power at higher rpms. At idle it runs fine. I thought that perhaps a wire was broken or loosened when the belt broke, but I don't know where to look.- Scott C

Scotty! I need more power
I have a 94 XLT 4X4, the a/c compressor bearings froze up and the belt broke. I repaired the problem and now the timing won't advance. I have no power. Any ideas on how to fix this? I read the Chiltons manual and fell asleep. I can't find how to correct or check the system- Scott C
