    yep, while driving. I was browsing earlier queries and yours probably is not a problem. Appearantly, Ford has a limiter in their newer models for park and neutral at about 3000 rpm. At least that's what was posted somewhere else.

    My 94 just started the same thing. 3000 rpm, feels like the rpm limiter is kicking in. No codes come up either.
