If your heads are good, take them in to be ported and polished. You'll likely need the intake manifold you'll be using and the headers for best results. Hubs? Other?
I'm familiar with that bumblebee sound. My Trooper did that once after I took it out of 4WD. I had to take the hubs apart and clean them. This is a different sound altogether, but I can't think of anything else out there which could be causing it. I had the entire assembly apart this...- tbarnby

I changed the race with the bearing, and torqued it per specs. The splines in the hub are in good shape, but they free-spin in the hub itself. At one point in the spin, it scrapes the outside of the hub, this is where I figured the grinding is coming from. The grinding sound happens with each...- tbarnby

Yeah, but that is a GOOD thing. I already knew it was bad, I was hoping that was where the sound was coming from. It sure is a horribly annoying sound, isn't it?- tbarnby
