Tranny leaked all over the street...... so how bad could it be?
I read that the front seal may leak when the tranny is under some stress. I noticed a small "slowing" down when the car is going uphill... so I am hoping it is the front seal- awdrev

How many seals does have the tranny have, gee and back to the original question, would you take a fee for doing it or know anyone? (of course, assuming it's the front seal)- awdrev

Well, the pan itself should also be a matter of screws and a new seal but perhaps I am wrong in thinking it's the same as the oil pan. About the front seal, I looked all over but do you know any sites that has a DYI? Are you a mechanic or are you willing to do it for a fee? Like I said, you...- awdrev

Oh cool you're in Gtown, i'm in Silver Spring, not that far from ya. I will check tomorrow when I have time, what are my options? I figured this, when the car has fluid it runs VERY SMOOTH so I really doubt it's the tranny itself but perhaps one of the seals..... I assume the FRONT and REAR has...- awdrev
