The best Shocks for smooth driving
I have the edlebrocks and they are great in the rear, but terrible in the front. I went from the stock shocks to the edlebrocks and it bounces all over the road. That was about 25k ago and now they are totally shot. Not impressed at all, I'm going to give the sensatracs a try.- RJOHN929

Vibration on acceleration
I seem to have a vibration when I accelerate. I t doesn't happen when I take off really slowly but on the average red light to red light it does. It only does it at low speeds then it goes away. Does anyone know what it might be?- RJOHN929

Here's Mounty
I'll try youtube. Did putfile not work? I did have a problem with the emergency brake but all you have to do is bend it at the top above the kick panel for clearence. Thta how the instructions tell you to do it. I used to have the color matching grills but they are so weak, they broke the second...- RJOHN929

I don't have a clip but I will get one soon. It sounds pretty good. I might change the mufflers for some chambered ones.- RJOHN929

Sorry, more exhaust questions
I was hoping to find a left and right front pipe with high flow cats already installed. I made my own h-pipe, side exit exhaust and I wanted to keep going foward. I know I should have started with the headers but they are so much work and money, the exhaust only cost me 100 bux for the parts.- RJOHN929

Sorry, more exhaust questions
Does anyone sell a high flow catted midpipe for a 98 mountaineer 5.0? Or even one without cats so I could weld some in? Do the TM headers bolt up to the stock midpipe? I want the headers but I can't afford them yet so I would like to do the midpipe first?- RJOHN929

What wheels are you running with the nittos? Do you know the backspacing? I have Mustang Mach 1 17x8 and they rub bad on a full turn, maybe I need some small spacers?- RJOHN929

Changing Cams
I don't know if I'd go as far as saying I have alot to learn. I know a thing or two about cars/trucks. My mustang is putting down 585 at the wheels. I know I can't rev a stock 5.0 high, I know I should replace my drivetrain, which I might do. I'm not trying to get much more horsepower, I have...- RJOHN929

Changing Cams
Can I change the cam in my 98 Mountaineer 5.0. I read that the EFI prevents me from changing it. I just want an aggresive idle, I'm not looking for anything else.- RJOHN929
