rear leaf spring problems '98
My rear leaf springs seem very weak. I've had a new set replaced by Ford under warranty and 20,000kms. Now at 24,000kms they are again showing signs of being stuffed again. Just did Andrew Brlics easy lift. '98
Just did Andrew's easy lift on my '98. All went well and it took about 45mins. My original rear springs hangers/shackles were 5 and a 1/2 inches between centres. I manufactured my own at 8 inch centres. This gave me 1inch and 7/8 lift. I had them at 8 and a half inches at first but I found that...- golby

To all those Aussies that hit this great site. ARB are almost ready to release a lift kit off the shelf. Along with Old Man Emu they are currently testing new leaf springs.
