    Compass is backwards

    I have a 02' Explorer XLT and recently my compass is backwards. If I am heading North (N) the compass reads (S), If heading West (W) the compass reads (E). Anyone see this before?

    I have a 2002 explorer 4x4 and the 4x4 lights flash 3 times every 2 minutes. Any ideas?
