    Idle Surging

    I have a 1996 explorer 4.0, 2wd. I recently had the engine rebuilt from the block up, new fuel lines and all hoses replaced. I have been having problems with it surging and dying when it is in idle. I also have been smelling gas from the engine bay. I replaced the IAC (idle air control valve)...
