    97 explorer 4.0 sohc idling at 2200rpm

    New long block just installed motor is idling dramaticly high , temperature cold all the way thru to warmed up everything reading fine , does not run hot. have checked for vacuum leaks and the odd thing is it is like it has too much vacuum ie: it is pulling so much that it completely collapses...
