I have a 94 Ford explorer when I start it in the morning it starts fine but it runs at a very low idle. I tap the gas it stumbles a little then it idles up to normal RPM. Could it be the fuel pump going out?

I think you may be talking about the EGR vacume solenoid or the PFE (presure feedback sensor. If so both of them have been replace and all the connections have been checked.
