OBD-1 & EEC-IV Laptop Software?

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert a '94 which would be OBD-I compliant to OBD-II. I would like to get a diagnostic setup for my laptop, but all of the ones I have seen require OBD-II. V6 OHC to V6SOHC Swap
Can anyone tell me how difficult it would be to put a 2002 V6 SOHC engine into my 1994 which currently also has a V6? I really don't have a need for th V8 (gas mileage) and found a pretty good deal on a nearly new 2002 engine. Thanks for the help.- BeginnerXplorer
