my 1996 2.3l I-4 ranger wont start.. the there is no fuel pressure going to it? Its like 0 degrees here in michigan and all the there is ice all around the fuel lines (so i think they froze) but i fear my fuel pump went bad, how much is a new fuel pump? how can i tell if its broken? I dont here...

So the codes say all my O2 sensors are bad, my egr valve is stuck open and my trs is ****ed up too. But my car smokes like no other and i dont think the EGR valve would make it smoke that much, i think its my valves..I burn a quart of oil a week, lol..what you guys think? and how much do egr...
