    92 Explorer E/B, 4th gears goes into 3rd periodically...

    starting from 1900 to 3000 rpms, it does it when ever it hits 4th gear, does not occur when slower than 45mph or 1-2-3 gear "city driving".

    Can I rebuild a 700r4?

    what is the adapter called to allow a 700r4 to fit in a explorer, I read your post and was very interested in doing the exact samething, I have a 92 explorer whose tranny is crapping out and have a 700r4 from a chevy caprice 9c1, any info would be great. thanks.

    92 Explorer E/B, 4th gears goes into 3rd periodically...

    when driving over 45mph the 4 gear somtimes disengages and goes into 3rd for about a few seconds and then engages into 4th once again, this happens every few minutes. not sure what might be the problem. It is a 92 explorere eddie b. witt 4x4. any info would be great. thanks in advance.
