    hello again guys, I have a jl 500/1 amp, 2 12 inch jl W3's. where do i start the install?     fog lights for a 99.

    i was wondering if this is a common problem? I had just bought a 1999 xls and changed the headlights but now my foglights dont work what the hell did i brake now? I've got new lights with foglights coming in the mail soon and was wondering if i should just send them back? will they work??
