How to determine if battery is bad???
Ah thanks. Yeah it wasn't the battery. I haven't had any problems with starting after that incident. Once of the time thing ... I hope? If it happens again I'll definately look to the fuel filter.- subASC

Vehicle Won't Start
I'm not an einstein when it comes to under the hood, but I had the same problem on a mitsubishi galant. I took it to the mechanic and he said that I needed a new blackbox, which would set me back $2000. Needless to say I went out and bought my Explorer sport instead :). It might apply to you...- subASC

How to determine if battery is bad???
Ahh I had the same prob this morning. The X wouldn't start but after 4 short cranks and a fifth desperate long OHMYGODPLEASESTART it started. Then it revved up on its own for like a minute (idle engine prob?). But after that it was all fine. I guess I should get my battery checked :)- subASC

Rear windshield wiper won't work
I just got my first car a 2001 X Sport a few weeks ago. This is an idiot question ... but it has to be asked. I just don't know  The rear windshield wipers won't work. I had my X checked out at the mechanics because the breaks were squealing and I asked about the wipers. The mechanic...- subASC
