transmission Range Sensor
Has anyone had to replace the Transmission Range Sensor. If so what symptoms was your Explorer giving you before you replaced it. My 96 xlt shifts fine through all the gears, just when you start off it revs before it will go into first ( automatic transmission on my 96) . Help- hhazz

Transmission slip problem
1996 explorer 5.0 When I put my car into drive it slips before it will start moving. Once I am moving the transmission shifts fine. It does not do it every time. Transmission rebuilt by ford year ago. I do need to have a rear main seal replaced. Any ideas- hhazz

REMOVAL OF REAR ROTOR 96 XLT
So just remove the caliper and hit the rotor with a big hammer, there are no other bolts to remove?- hhazz

I need some assistance removing a rear brake rotor from a 96 xlt with 4 wheel anti lock. I cannot get it to come off. any suggestions- hhazz

Tach Question
I need help, My tach does not work all the time, is there a sensor associated with this, I dont think that ford uses cables any longer. Sometimes it will stay on zero, other times it will work. HELP 96xlt 5.0- hhazz

Removal of rear rotor
Need to replace rear rotor on 1996 2wd explorer. Does anyone know if this rotor should slide off , or are there any bolts holding it in. I took off the caliper and the lock washers off the studs but I dont see any thing else holding it on, I even tryed to bang it out with a hammer. HELP- hhazz

Help needed installing cd changer
I pulled out the radio and there was no antenna pluged into the back of the radio and there is no plug on the back of the radio for an antenna. Is there another place where it would be pluged into?- hhazz

Help needed installing cd changer
I need help installing cd changer in a 1996 explorer with the jbl system. I cannot locate where the antenna is pluged into so that I can put in the controls. I got sick of fixing the stock cd changer, so I got a kenwood changer with a r/f control. Someone help- hhazz
