    Fuel pump problems? 1996 2wd V8...

    Okay....i was low on gas, i took it to the gas station, i filled it up. I tried to start it and it would'nt start. i had it towed to my mechanic who scratched his head, went to his toolbox and got his "magic rubber mallet", got on his hands and knees, (now he knows what it's like...) hit the gas...
