    Indicators lights or not?

    The buttons on the overhead console do not light up. This has never been a feature. Same with the power mirror switch. On the other hand, I am not sure about the power seat buttons. They may have been lit on the earlier models (like AK LTD) but the newer models may not be lit to save cost...

    Erratic Anti-Theft Alarm

    If it is a ford factory alarm, there should also be a "plunger" under the hood to detect someone getting in there. It should be near the air filter sticking up to make contact with the hood when it's closed. I would check that since you say it only does it when the engine is warm.
