Indicators lights or not?
The buttons on the overhead console do not light up. This has never been a feature. Same with the power mirror switch. On the other hand, I am not sure about the power seat buttons. They may have been lit on the earlier models (like AK LTD) but the newer models may not be lit to save cost...- 97xlt4x4

Erratic Anti-Theft Alarm
If it is a ford factory alarm, there should also be a "plunger" under the hood to detect someone getting in there. It should be near the air filter sticking up to make contact with the hood when it's closed. I would check that since you say it only does it when the engine is warm.- 97xlt4x4
