Lowering with bags or spindles
Lowering with bags or spindles I did the torsion bar/rear block lowering already, it sits about 2" lower (slightly more in back) and handles like a dream. I actually was able to outcorner a couple of H.D. motorcycles on Raton pass in Colorado. BUT..... I want to go lower, at least in the...- uturnoneighty

Nitrous from the `Stang?
I`m not intending to set the world afire! 50-70hp is all I need to make a few take notice. I think that 6-10 second "hits" is long enough and safer. Thanks Alec for your input.:bounce:- uturnoneighty

Nitrous from the `Stang?
Thats no problem, as I have a "Smart Spark" computer that will do that for me as well as turning on the nitrous at a set predetermined rpm. It too was on the `Stang before I put the programable DFI on. It allows me to pull out or add timing every 500 rpm. I will also add a stand-alone stoich...- uturnoneighty

time for bags?
I am wanting to do the same, but tow my camper. I have also seen bagged "work" trucks and some were laying frame! I have a friend with a bagged S10 and the handling and ride is crap. He also is plagued by leaks especially at night, in the morning he has to build up pressure(5mins.)just to leave...- uturnoneighty

question for the ZEX users
Is your transmission a 5 speed? If not, do they make a programer for the 5 speed auto? Can you really tell it shifts firmer and was it worth the money? Thanks.- uturnoneighty

Nitrous from the `Stang?
I have an Edelbrock dry nitrous kit(75hp) that was on my Mustang before supercharging it and I want to install it on the Exploder!! My question is this, would it work with the factory non-return fuel system. Everything looks like it would work, only minor modification I think it needs it an...- uturnoneighty

Not quite in the weeds
I lowered my truck yesterday. Did the torsion bar thing(3") to the front and used 2" blocks in the back. It sits a lot lower but it's still not in the weeds stance I wanted, but it does ride a butt load better now. This is the first vechicle that I have had that rides better after lowering than...- uturnoneighty

going for the gusto...
I just got a new 2002 Sport and want to lower it about 2/3" but don`t want ride harshness nor the lowrider bounce. will flipping the adjuster on the torsion bar put me on the bump stops? I also plan to modify my factory shocks by cutting down the lower mounting rod and welding it back up with a...- uturnoneighty

Dual exhaust for LEVs¿
It might hurt the low end a little, but I seem to have enough and would rather have a mid to red line powercurve.- uturnoneighty

Dual exhaust for LEVs¿
I am not worried about the emissions police here in La. as my `Stang has no cats and is supercharged and as of yet I have had no problem with inspections. I know that removing them won`t give me breakneck power, but every little reduction in back pressure will help.- uturnoneighty

Dual exhaust for LEVs¿
I know that the 2001-2002 models are LEV(low emission vehicles), will putting custom exhaust on flag the computer? I checked and there are no O2 sensors past the primary cats. I want to shed 2 of my 4 convertors and make duals. I want a nice low rumble, not the 'hornet in a jar" sound that most...- uturnoneighty

2 more free custom mods complete!
I have the wipers removed on my Mustang and stored in the trunk(the car has NEVER seen rain), I bought some chair leg end caps, the plastic ones that protect your floor and simply painted them black, they fit snuggly enough and blend in with the car.- uturnoneighty
