    o2 sensor replacement

    I need to do the drivers side o2 sensors on my 97 XLT 5.0. I went under and tried the upstream sensor and it will not budge. Ive tried wd-40 to loosen it but no go. Anyone have any suggestions about how to remove these things?

    tranny swap?

    With the 5.0 and AWD, waht am I looking at to swap out the tranny? How many man hours, any special tools, etc. This is the first time I've done this on a vehical newer than a 1970 mustang, so how might they compare?
