    loud growl/whine. afraid to drive

    Yes I checked the hubs, bearings every u-joint in the truck, front and rear housings, changed the oil in both the housings,etc. It sounds like the truck is riding on 35 inch MT's instead of 235/70r14's. any other suggestions?

    I have a 93 sport with about 165+ miles. 2 weeks ago I thought a caliper was hanging up and a tire was dragging. no drag on the wheel when turned by hand. it change pitch with speed so i assume it is after the tranny. brotherin law said it is the chain in the t-case but not to worry about it...
