Sorry to bump this but are you saying that wheel spacers are bad or ok? I really want some but ifd they are dangerous then I don't. I can't be hauling around my family thinking my wheel might fly off.

I agree. Though I don't have a K&N in my mounty, I have used them in the past. And if properly cleaned, dried and oiled you shouldn't have any excess oil to get in your MAF.

So I hear all the time about the settlement in the bottom opf the tank. Other that actually taking off the talk itself, is there a way to clean this out by siphoning and then some sort of vacume or something. I know, I probably sound rediculous.

I was just told that I would have to yank out the engine to change the out filter mount.

My light came on the other day while I was working 40 miles from home. It got me 23 miles to the station.

The reason i ask is b/c it seems to be an electrical prob. Everybody seems to be having the same prob... I would think that if a bulb went out, then it would stay out like everyother light bulb that I know. hmm

In some cases that may be true but keep in mind if you get 10.00 of fuel @ 2.65/g and the next day the price goes down .50, (like it's been known to do quite frequently here) then you don't feel as bad knowing that you did not waste .50/g. And then you can fill up. But I totally understand...

98 mounty- Does anybody know approximately how many miles you have left b-4 you run out of gas when the "check gauge" light comes on? I am a cheap mother ****** and run that baby down to fumes b-4 refilling. With gas prices up and down so much, I wait til the last minute. Thanks.
