I used 5/16 ball bearings on all 4 of my 94's windows. No gluing needed. It's a very simple job and my windows have been working again for 4 years now.- cpocraig

real quick question on brake caliper fittings and worst case scenarios
Re Regardless of the status of your caliper you need to do a complete brake system bleed out. Brake fluid will allow moisture to collect in the low spots of the brake system and needs to be purged annually. This will stop the hard lines from corroding from the inside out. The low spots also...- cpocraig

Head Gasket?
A rec cam is a recreation cam. They generally give a 15-20% increase in power. The pre detonation damage usually shows up in the cylinder that the coolant was escaping in. You'll find it in the cylinder walls. The after market heads are the way I went also. I would still have them checked for...- cpocraig

Head Gasket?
Do have your heads checked for cracks. I just did my 94 xlt after having the very same problems. While the head gasket on my cracked was blown too it turned out to have started with the cracked head. I ended up rebuilding the engine as there was pre det damage to #3 with was were the cyl head...- cpocraig

Uphill Issues (94 XLT)
Make sure that your fuel pressure is up to speed. It could be a fuel pressure regulator or it could be a fuel pump that's wimping out. Get a fuel pressure gauge hooked up and make sure that the pressure is a steady 40# of pressure. You can rent one for free from Advance or Auto Zone.- cpocraig

You have a vacuum leak. Start with looking at the brake booster hose. It also could be the brake booster it's self. You can always find a vacuum leak by adduing smoke to the vacuum system. I use one of my cigars but you tube a vacuum smoke test for other ways.- cpocraig
