    Stuck hood -94 XLT

    I can't get my hood open. Not sure if the cable snapped or lost tension, but it does not work. Is there any way to open the hood manually. I sprayed around the latch with WD-40, but still no dice. Car is making noises, so I can't drive it to mechanic!
