you can by maf sensors cheap these day jus go for a universal type MAF and just pull out your MAF from its housing should be 2x t15 torx bit if i remember correctly

my MAF just unbolted from the airbox get an adaptor aprox $14 - 20 from ebay and a k&n cone filter

if the factory headunit has a changer control you could tap into this and make your own aux in

glove box is somewhere in the garage and the exxy is going up on the hoist next couple days so i can track this wire into the car so i can let everyone know i thought that was it but i had to make sure first will post up results soon
