Always replace any paper like gasket or old o-rings with new ones. They get hard and brittle after a few years. And that will cause it to run like arse..

IAC All you 4.0 SOHC owners, this is 99% of the time your problem. I've sold a few hundred, if you pay more than 80.00 your getting it in the arse. And keep your throttle body clean, it helps. To much carbon build up in the IAC and it starts to stick usually causeing a bad idle.
