Duff lift problem
The Frame was fine, everything measured out to spec except for the mounting/pivot points of the axle. ( the two bolts that go through the brackets that hold the front axle in place ) So it had to be the brackets and before the lift everything looked correct as well. I am happy with the kit...- BigSwifty8

OK, I have my truck fixed so here is what happened. I took my truck into the body shop where my friend works. and we put it up on the frame rack. We got the frame specs from Ford and made a bunch of measurements. The center bracket was off to the passenger side 1/8 inch. we were able to tweak...- BigSwifty8

Duff lift problem
I talked to Duff's today and they asked me for a few specific measurments, then they guy says "thats only 9/16th of an inch thats not very much" I was floored by that comment, I don't think it should be off by any amount. Anyway he said he would look into more for me and get back to me...- BigSwifty8

Then I started to measure where the front end is in relationship to the frame and every measurement I made I came up with 9/16 shifted towards the...- BigSwifty8

Duff lift problem
The driver side is about a quarter inch lower than the passenger side. I will try the coil spring spacer later tonight to see what that does. As far as the camber issue, that is a small part of it however I am looking at 1. where the sides of the bumper are in relation to hubs And 2. I used...- BigSwifty8

Duff lift problem
Sorry I forgot. I have measured it and it seems really good within about a quarter inch side to side. I did not use the spacer but like i said it seems pretty good.- BigSwifty8

Duff lift problem
I have not had it aligned yet because I wanted to try and resolve this first so I dont have to align it again after fixing this. I did replace the pivot bushings when I installed the lift. I did not notice anywhere that would need washers on the pivot brackets. to be honest I was impressed...- BigSwifty8

Duff lift problem
Yesterday i installed a Duff 2.5" lift on my 91 and now that it is back on its wheels it looks like the front end has shifted about an inch towards the passenger side. The driver side wheel is even with the fender and the passenger side wheel sticks out about 2" it used to be about an inch on...- BigSwifty8
