Engine swap, will it work
i have a 1998 explorer with the 4.0 v6 SOHC and my timing chain is making a lot of noise, i took it to a couple of mechanics and everyone including the ford dealership said i should look into a new motor so.....i found a 2000 ford ranger with a 4.0 v6 SOHC with 67,000 miles and bought it for 700...- spartan75

yeah it would look a bit better but i am getting a dixon bros. racing front bumper that will replace the lower valance and the front bumper so im not worried about it right now.- spartan75

i dont have any before. the car was given to me by my grandma and i knew i was getting it so i made plans right when i got it to gewt it lifted. plus yall dont even want to see it before it had some small tires on it!- spartan75

heres some pics of my 98 explorer. its not much just a TT and helper springs in the rear with 32x11.50 mt/r's. soon to come is a dixon bros. bumper, superlift suspension kit, fender flares, and hopefully 35's with a body lift. anyways feel free to give your opinion and also if yall have any...- spartan75
