I have a '94 w/ 92,000 miles. I got the explorer about 7 months ago. I haven't changes any fluid except the oil, but was told today that there transmision fluid level was full, when I went to change the oil. Do you think it would be better to change the fluid? Henry

I've had mine for about a month now, with no problems other than I broke the hinge on the arm rest. I agree that the 94 had few problems, cheked it out on consumer guide. Just about ever other year had problems or recalls. I've put over 4,000 miles inthe month I've had it. I love this vehicle...

Yeah, tha's what I've been thinking about doing. Go to a junk yard somewhere and find some leather seats and put them in along with a real console. Henry

I have the same question. As of yet I haven't found out. I hate that little arm rest. Two weeks ago I spilled a soda in my X, and it got on my cd's, ruined several of them. Ever since I've been trying to find a way to get a console for the X. Let me know if you find something out. Henry:cool:

Just drove from Charlotte, Nc to PA. Filled the tank up in Charlotte and was 20 miles or so past Richmond before I need to fill up again It was 315 miles with the explorer weighted down with clothes and furniture. Henry
