I am gonna try some coolant dye first and run it for a bit, but if that doesn't help i'll go pick up a pressure tester. thanks! this place seems to have a lot of information and a lot of helpful people, so i'm happy to contribute. that, and I HATE. advertisements.- Happ5ter

Thank you! And yes, that is on the short list for sure. It has a coolant leak coming from somewhere up top on the engine as well. I'm guessing worst case scenario illhaI'llto strip it down to the chain and re-seal it. I have a monstrous trans cooler I was gonna use on an old crown Vic I had...- Happ5ter
