    Broken door hinges

    AlawishusUgone: I took one of the hinges off the car (quite a job) but I don't see any bushings around the hinge pin. The roller that contacts the metal ramp seems sloppy on its pin. could that be what makes the clicking noise. The door is not sagging. Any suggestions?

    Broken door hinges

    Has anyone done a replacement on lower front door hinges? Both of mine click loudly when the door swings. I had one replaced under warrantee and now both are clicking and the warrantee has expired. The doors swing fine but the noise is annoying. It doesn't look like the fix is too difficult...

    Radio LED display fix!!!

    Just completed the fix for the display on the cassette, disc, radio unit. It was very easy and it worked like a charm. I didn't need to re-solder, just bent back the clips! Thanks to all who contributed. I will complain to Ford.
