    we bought the car 1 week ago. when we bought it the nav was not working. it did not come with a sd card. I believe its setup for a my sync account

    I put the a9 sd card into my explorer and it does nothing. says nothing. this vehical has never had the sd card its been the sync, but I don't want sync I want the card. any ideas as to whats going on? its got software version 3.08.
