    usb ports not working

    2015 explorer. Sync 2 big my touch. The USB ports are not working. Anywhere I can find a replacement?

    sd not even seen

    I put the a9 sd card into my explorer and it does nothing. says nothing. this vehical has never had the sd card its been the sync, but I don't want sync I want the card. any ideas as to whats going on? its got software version 3.08.
