No... I had a Kicker Bass Station already installed. That already has a turn on wire that the shop didn' t hook up... the sub gives you a choice of using a remote wire or using the voltage from the high level inputs. I was hoping to not to have to run a line... I should have done it the same time I ran the power. But I was hoping to use my Bass Station remote lead but the shop did'nt use it. so it was not connected to the deck.- claude3rd

So I have a 2010 Explorer that does not have the Sub woofer/amp in the back. I have added my own in the place the stock would be but there is a harness plug right around that area that is not connected to anything.
