    Yeah, why hold anyone responsible for anything. We only paid $50k plus for these... Why should we expect worm clamps to be tightened properly? What was I thinking???

    You would think by now this would have been addressed with the employees responsible for this at the assembly plant. QC and the plant manager should get these folks in line.

    In the end the dealers represent the brand they sell. No question about it. Period.

    I have a 2013 Sport on order and if I would have seen this thread prior to ordering I wouldn't have ordered. Now I'm worried!

    Please don't make me have second thoughts on my order.... I'm a BMW guy and just ordered a Sport with every option.... Ugh!
