you can try the 05 euro taillight. you will have to modify the lamp a bit but it wont be too bad. the body line is the same and so are the screws but thats about it. the 06-10 taillights are more shallow and have different spots for the alignment pins. i put the taillights off a 04 mercury...
I opted to just change the head unit, i just bought a Pioneer FH-X700BT. comes with bluetooth built in and its double din. i also found out that it has a parrot bluetooth module in it.
