Can PCM cause all these issues
Long time reader, first post. 07 explorer 4.0 L engine 186,000 miles. Fuel mileage began decreasing and started smelling like catalytic converter was getting clogged. Ran some seafoam every other fill up and mileage would improve and smell would go away. Recently, ran out of gas on multiple...- Dmoniz
