The car is new again :) just a quick reply...I took the truck to the dealer and they tested everything but it has never failed again (touch wood)...the only thing they said was "my keys were too heavy for the lock"... makes sense to me, only the key fob and the 3 keys now!:eek:

Well the car works again...not sure if it was a fuse or what but it works...I banged around the "passenger compartment fuse panel"...that just doesn't make sense to me..LOL and "I also checked all the fuses above your left foot" and I tried the key and wallah...kinda makes me nervous now. Thanks for the response MotorCityFats13 I have no crank period! I'm not sure of taking out the cluster but I will take a look at the fuses down there near the left foot...I did not know they were there...the only thing that might of caused this is 3 days of torrential rain (the hardest I ever...
