Thanks for the tip on Crystal. She responded promptly. Just to update my post on delivery issues. Crystal indicates the Dealer allocation plays a role in production time. Still not sure how that works as my dealer indicates they had allocation in December to order my sport when it was ordered...

Ordered a new sport on 12/5/2012. It was not produced until 02/15/2013 and is still sitting somewhere in Chicago. How do I find out what is holding up delivery? Order was for Tuxedo black with 402A equip grp. I have printed window sticker and have the vin.
