    Moonroof Weather Stripping chips

    I believe it was caused from Hail Damage, the roof of the explorer had to repaired for Hail damage along with the hood. The Chips are in the Black strip around the outside of the Moonroof. It appears to be sealed quite well still.

    Recently purchased a 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and noticed that the moonroof has some Chips around the weather stripping, is this a major concern? Will there be any long term or short term affects? Perhaps, leaking into the interior of the explorer? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
