Yeah, well too late for me. I bought the 2013 Explorer with 2.0 Ecoboost. It is a small engine for the SUV, but also runs better than my old chrysler sebring 4 cylinder as well. But so far we love it it works good and would have rather bought the sport, but well, maybe next time.

Good Luck to you. Mine came back with the same recall, so I am taking it in this Saturday. I have not smelled any gas from the vehicle or leaks. I just took a long trip as well, so will see what the mechanics say on Saturday. Either way it's got warranty and they will fix it, so not worried.

I Have not gone to Ford dealer for alignment yet, but I know Chrysler does a bad job at it. I have taken my cars to Sears, they have done a good job aligning my vehicles. I will try Ford on my 2013.
