    4x4 low will not engage but 4x4 high works - P1822

    hi, i have a explorer xlt 2004, the 4x4 high turns on great but when i crossed the directions it has a strongs hit and sound, thats normal? also the 4x4 low doesn't turn on, i don't know whats the problem
