    Fluctuating cruise control

    I have a 1993 Ford Ranger 4.0 and the cruise is making me crazy. It does have power, and can be set, but it will fluctuate 5-8 mph even on a flat road. The only thing I can think is the servo has an internal vacuum leak. Is there any way to check if this is the problem?
